Customer Collection Instructions

Our warehouse is based at our 3PL provider Pacificomm

We are located at 9 Manu St Favona Auckland

Please ensure you bring your order reference with you to present to our
team.

Collection times are within the hours of 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
To find us, look for the large Pacificomm sign, Park is out front or down the right hand side.

When you arrive on site, please go to the office entrance and hit the buzzer. 

Please wait in or next to your vehicle while our
warehouse team bring the order to your
designated parking area.

It is important the size of your vehicle must be
appropriate for the size of the stock you are
collecting.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to enter
the warehouse.
