Ecommerce Content & Marketing Specialist- Part Time/Contract role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Ecommerce Content & Marketing Specialist who loves homewares and interiors and thrives on bringing products to life through content. This role is focused on creating, executing, and optimizing content that drives engagement and sales across our website and social channels.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content, growing our social presence, and supporting day-to-day ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including posts, reels, and stories
- Design graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, and promotions
- Edit product photography and video content (lifestyle + product-focused)
- Plan and execute content and marketing calendars aligned with promotions and product launches
- Manage and grow social media accounts through consistent posting and engagement
- Write captions, product descriptions, and basic marketing copy
- Upload and update products, collections, and visuals on the website when required
- Design and execute email marketing content (campaigns and flows)
- Support general admin tasks related to ecommerce operations when require
Requirements
- Strong interest in homewares, interiors, and styling
- Experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples preferred)
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, photoshop or similar) - Experience in using and working in Klaviyo and managing email campaigns
- Comfortable shooting and editing photo/video content
- Ability to manage and grow social media accounts
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
