This chair is upholstered in velvet — a dense, smooth fabric with a subtle sheen and a luxurious feel — over a solid steel frame. The velvet has a directional pile that gives it depth and richness depending on the light.
How do I care for the fabric?
Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment, always brushing in the direction of the pile to maintain the smooth finish. For spills, blot immediately with a clean dry cloth — never rub, as rubbing crushes the pile and leaves marks. If the pile becomes flattened, hold a steam iron a few centimetres above the fabric (do not touch it) and brush lightly with a soft cloth while the steam is applied.
